Website terms

Effective 28 September 2026

Who runs this website. This website and its waitlist are run by the company "PICCOLUMI". In these terms, "we" means "PICCOLUMI". If you live in a country whose consumer protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived, you keep those rights, including the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country.

These terms cover the PiccoLumi website and waitlist. The app has its own App Terms of Service.

The waitlist

You can join with an email address that is yours. You get a confirmation and at most one more email, when PiccoLumi is ready. Joining does not guarantee access, a release date, a price, a feature, or that the app will work on your device. Every confirmation has a link to remove your address.

Health

This website describes an app for looking after children. It does not give medical advice, diagnose or monitor anything, and it is not an emergency service. For health concerns, contact a doctor or your local emergency number.

What you must not do

Do not interfere with the site, sign up addresses that are not yours, get around the sign-up limits, check whether other people have signed up, or send automated traffic that harms the site or our email.

What is on this site

The names, artwork, text and demos on this site show PiccoLumi before its release. They do not promise that a feature will ship or that it will be available to you.

The PiccoLumi name, pictures, text and code on this site belong to "PICCOLUMI" or to the people who let us use them. You can look at the site and share links to it. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. The fonts are used under their own licenses, listed on the licenses page.

Availability

The site may change or go offline. Descriptions and demos may change before release. Some features may be in testing, switched off, changed, or depend on your plan, your permission or on being ready.

Privacy and contact

The waitlist privacy notice explains how we handle waitlist information. Questions about these terms: support@piccolumi.com.
