Waitlist privacy notice

Who is responsible for your information. The PiccoLumi website and its waitlist are run by the company "PICCOLUMI". In this notice, "we" means "PICCOLUMI". Privacy questions: support@piccolumi.com.
This notice covers the waitlist on piccolumi.com. The PiccoLumi app has its own App Privacy Notice.
What we keep
Your email address, the language you chose for the confirmation email (English or Russian), when you joined, and whether we sent the confirmation. We also keep a scrambled copy of the code in your personal removal link, and a short-lived lookup that lets the link work without your email address appearing in it. The form does not ask for your child's name, health or anything else about your child.
To stop abuse, we keep a scrambled form of your IP address for up to one hour. It is scrambled with a secret key, so it cannot be turned back into your address. Your IP address is not added to the waitlist.
Why we keep it
To confirm that you joined, and to send you one more email when PiccoLumi is ready. We do not sell your address or use it for advertising.
We keep your address because you asked to join the waitlist. You can take it off at any time: use the link in your confirmation email, or write to support@piccolumi.com and we will delete it.
Who handles it
A website hosting company stores the waitlist, and an email company sends the emails.
How long we keep it
Your record is deleted no later than 18 months after you join. Every confirmation email has a link that deletes your record.
Your rights
By email to support@piccolumi.com you can ask for a copy of your record, for a correction, or for deletion, or object to how we use it. You can complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
Where your information is processed
Our providers store and process information in the United States and in other countries outside your own. They use it only to keep the list and send our emails.
Security
We limit who can open the list, keep records only as long as stated above, limit how often the form can be used, and use personal removal links. No online service can promise perfect security.
Changes
A material change gets a new version and a new date on this page.
